Sunny and Pleasant, Water Temperature 82* and Clear
Today being Saturday I knew the lake would be busy. What I was not expecting was when I arrived at the marina there was already a dozen Striper fisherman that had launched and were out catching bait. I caught bait then picked up my clients at their dock around 5:15. We then went looking for Stripers. After doing a mock set up to show them how to deploy the baits and how to reel in the Stripers we were ready to go for the big ones. We wanted to set up on big schools but every time I would stop other fisherman would swarm in like Bees on us spooking fish so I finally decided to locate smaller schools away from the view of other fisherman and the move paid off. We would fish till we got busted then move again and again. By 10 were were done and were ready to come off the lake. I dropped everyone off at their dock, cleaned my boat up while they filleted fish. What a great morning on the lake, Cool weather and Hot fishing.

Hey Jim, ya need a Judas pontoon, look alike to keep the striper fishermen guessing. Like remove yer sign on the pontoon. Yes, I know you love to catch limits while the interlopers move in. :)

That's fun. I saw about 15 to 20 boat s all fishing the same area. The state park around to rose valley. And you were one of them. Sorry, how many boat did you have out yesterday Jim? You just don't like fishing where anyone one else is (with those Big party's you have. EZ to catch 50 fish when you have 8 to 10 people fishing on one boat) but sometimes that's where the fish are. I can read a fish find to Jim.
